Organic Ancient Grain Loaf

This sourdough loaf is a 50/50 blend of organic khorasan wheat and organic white wheat.  Khorasan is an ancient grain, one which has not been heavily modified through genetic breeding.  The resulting grain is highly nutritious and easier to digest, often benefitting people who feel gluten sensitivity.
